How do I personalise my jewellery?
Choose your options, then type your initial, name or birth month into the Personalisation Box on the product page before adding it to your basket.
Where do you ship from?
Every order is made and dispatched from the UK. UK delivery by Royal Mail 1st Class is free, and tracked and next-day options are available at checkout.
Are the bracelets adjustable?
Most of our cord and woven bracelets have a sliding knot, so one size fits most wrists. Check each product's description for sizes.
How should I care for my jewellery?
Our pieces are water-resistant, so a splash or a rainy day won't harm them. To keep them looking their best, take them off before showering, bathing, swimming or exercising, and avoid perfume and lotions. If they get wet, gently pat them dry.
